Located on the small lawn next to the Library and Information Center, this installation measures 8 meters long, 2 meters wide, and 4 meters high. It stands on the lawn and is composed of three long, ribbon-like elements in light blue, dark blue, and white, twisted together. From a distance, the intertwined forms resemble a small hill.
