本報告採用的是深度訪談法，透過與小農人以不同形式的互動蒐集資訊， 我們也學習到在訪談這一環也是相當重要，需要創造出一種自然的情境，讓受訪者在一種被尊重與平等的互動關係中，能順利地建立起雙向式的溝通與對話。此外，我們也必須抱持著開放的態度與彈性的原則，讓小農人能夠針對議題，充分的表達自己的看法。訪談內容即實際的需求。主要開發方法是透過電腦架設網站，提供一個即時互動平台，一方面讓顧客能看到很多關於小農人的最新資訊，一方面又能即時看到自己需要什麼。我們以發展一個成熟的網路平台來建立更多的客群。

This report adopts the in-depth interview method. Through different forms of interaction with smallholder farmers to collect information, we have also learned that the interview is also very important. It is necessary to create a natural situation that allows the interviewees to be respected. In an equal interactive relationship, two-way communication and dialogue can thus be successfully established. In addition, we must also adhere to the principle of openness and flexibility, so that smallholder farmers can fully express their views on issues.The content of the interview is the actual demand. The main development method is to set up a website through a computer to provide a real-time interactive platform. On the one hand, customers can see a lot of the latest information about small farmers, and on the other hand, they can see what they need in real time. We aim to develop a mature network platform to attract more customer groups.
